General Inpatient Care
Sometimes routine care is not enough. At Holy Care Hospice, we provide general in-patient care where we:
- Manage symptoms that are too difficult to manage at home
- Offer short-term stays with the goal of stabilizing uncontrolled symptoms and enabling you to return home
- Ensuring that the care you receive is continuous even though the care environments can alternate between your home and a nursing care facility (boarding care, assisted living and skilled nursing center)
As hospice care is provided, patients are evaluated to determine the individualized need for continued inpatient care. We then recommend the most appropriate level of care as a way of intervention.
